How It Works

    Use your stc pay card for eligible transactions and earn cashback in your Cashback+ account.
  2. Convert Your Cashback+ into Miles+
    Convert your available Cashback+ balance into Miles+ directly through the stc pay app.
  3. Transfer Your Miles+
    Transfer your Miles+ balance to your linked Gulf Air FalconFlyer account.
  4. Enjoy Your Rewards
    Redeem your FalconFlyer miles for flights and other available rewards.

Who Is Eligible?

To use Miles+:

  • You must be an stc pay customer with an existing Cashback+ account.
  • You must have an active and valid membership account with the selected airline loyalty programme.
  • Your stc pay account and airline loyalty programme account must belong to the same individual.
  • Transfers to third-party memberships, including accounts belonging to friends or family members, are not permitted.

Redemption & Transfer Limits

The following limits apply when redeeming and transferring Miles+:

  • Minimum transfer per transaction: 1,000 Miles+
  • Maximum transfer per transaction: 10,000 Miles+
  • Maximum transfer per month: 100,000 Miles+
  • Minimum Miles+ balance required for redemption: 5,000 Miles+

Important Information

  • Customers must manually initiate the transfer of Miles+ from their stc pay wallet to their linked airline loyalty programme account.
  • Once redeemed, miles will be credited to the linked airline loyalty programme account within 3 business days or according to the airline’s applicable policies.
  • stc pay is not responsible for delays caused by the airline or its loyalty programme.
  • Once a transfer request has been submitted, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed.
  • Your Miles+ balance is available in a dedicated wallet within the stc pay app.
  • Miles+ expire 6 months after being credited if they are not redeemed.
  • Expired Miles+ cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.
