These Terms and Conditions govern the participation, eligibility, earning, redemption, and transfer of Miles+ under the stc pay Miles+ Reward Program. By participating in this program, customers agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Program Overview

The stc pay Miles+ Reward Program rewards customers for eligible international remittance transactions performed through stc pay.

• Customers will earn Miles+ for qualifying transactions.
• Earned Miles+ are credited to a dedicated Miles+ Wallet within the stc pay app.
• Customers may transfer their Miles+ to their own Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) membership accounts with participating airline partners.
• Initially, the program will be available with selected airline partners, with the possibility of adding more airlines in the future.

2. Eligibility

• The program is open to individual stc pay customers only.
• Customers must have an active and valid FFP membership account with the selected airline partner(s).
• Redemption is limited to the same individual holding both the stc pay account and the FFP account. Third-party memberships (friends, family, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
• Only paid remittance transactions will earn Miles+. 
• Only eligible remittance transactions will earn Miles+. stc pay reserves the right to define or change eligibility criteria at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice.

3. Earning Miles+

• Miles+ are awarded only for successful, completed, and eligible transactions.
• Cancelled or refunded transactions will result in the removal of previously credited Miles+.
• stc pay may, from time to time, run promotional campaigns awarding additional Miles+ for eligible or non-eligible transactions.

Miles+ are awarded according to the following structure:

4. Miles+ Wallet

• Customers will have a dedicated Miles+ Wallet showing:
  • Available balance
  • Redemption history
  • Expiring balances
• Miles+ earned will expire 6 months from the date of credit if not redeemed. Expired Miles+ cannot be reinstated, exchanged for cash, or claimed back.

5. Redemption and Transfer

• Customers must manually initiate the transfer of Miles+ from their stc pay Wallet to their linked airline FFP account.
• Redemption is subject to:
  • Minimum transfer per transaction: 1,000 Miles+
  • Maximum transfer per transaction: 10,000 Miles+
  • Maximum transfer per month: 100,000 Miles+
  • Minimum Miles+ balance required to redeem: 5,000 Miles+
• The standard redemption rate is 10 Miles+ = 1 airline FFP mile, unless otherwise announced.
• Once redeemed, miles will be credited to the linked FFP account within 3 business days or as per the airline’s policies. stc pay is not responsible for any delays.
• Once a transfer request is submitted, no amendment, cancellation, or reversal is allowed.

6. Program Rules and Changes

• stc pay reserves the right to:
  • Change or adjust the conversion rate between Miles+ and airline miles.
  • Vary, modify, or amend these Terms (including adding or removing terms).
  • Withhold or cease the redemption/transfer of Miles+ without prior notice, provided such rights are not exercised improperly.
• Participating airlines and merchants may independently change their loyalty or air miles program rules, benefits, or redemption conditions at any time, with or without notice, and stc pay has no control over such changes.

7. Fees and Taxes

• If a service fee or transfer fee is charged for any redemption/transfer, the customer will also be liable for any applicable government service tax.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate FFP membership details during redemption.
• Ensure the FFP membership remains valid and active.
• Monitor their Miles+ Wallet and redeem before expiry.

9. Liability Disclaimer

stc pay will not be responsible for:

• • Delays or failures in crediting miles due to airline system issues or incorrect membership details.
  • Any changes, restrictions, or discontinuation of airline partner loyalty programs.
  • Expired Miles+.
  • Fraud, misuse, or unsuccessful transfers caused by factors outside stc pay’s control.
