2. The promotion is valid from 18 February 2026 until 19 March 2026.
3. The promotion is valid for both existing and new stc pay customers.
4. Customers must have an active and compliant stc pay account to participate in the promotion.
5. Each gift may have its own terms & conditions, validity period, and expiry date.
6. stc pay and its partners are not liable for any expired, unused, or unredeemed gifts.
7. Gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
8. All gifts must be accepted as offered, with no substitutions or changes permitted.
9. Each customer is eligible to win one (1) raffle prize only during the promotion period.
10. The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of an official representative from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC).
11. The customer’s stc pay account must remain active during the raffle draw and prize processing period.
12. Selected winners must sign a Prize Acceptance Form to be officially classified as winners.
13. Employees of stc pay Bahrain B.S.C. (Closed) and stc pay Bahrain Remittances B.S.C. (Closed) are not eligible to participate or win.
14. Prizes will be distributed within six (6) months from the raffle draw date.
15. Unclaimed prizes after six (6) months will be transferred to the custody of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
16. stc pay reserves the right to suspend the promotion temporarily for operational or technical reasons.
17. stc pay is not responsible for technical issues, system failures, or force majeure events affecting participation.
18. Customers must refrain from any illegal, unfair, or improper use of stc pay services.
19. stc pay reserves the right to disqualify any customer involved in fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the promotion after obtaining MOIC approval.
20. stc pay may modify or terminate the promotion after obtaining MOIC approval.
21. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated via the website, app, SMS, or other channels.

23. The laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall govern this promotion, and courts of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The grand prize (Mercedes-Benz Ramadan Drive Gift Voucher) terms & conditions:

1. The Grand Prize consists of a BHD 3,000 gift voucher sponsored by Al Haddad Motors, applicable as a discount or advance payment toward the purchase of a new Mercedes-Benz vehicle from selected models available in stock at the time of redemption.
2. The prize is valid for one (1) winner only, who must be selected during the promotion period.
3. The voucher is valid until 30th September 2026, after which it will automatically expire if not redeemed.
4. Each customer is eligible to win one (1) prize only during the promotion period.
5. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or converted into cash, in whole or in part.
6. All prizes must be accepted as offered, and no substitutions or changes will be permitted.
7. If the winner is unable to redeem the BHD 3,000 voucher toward a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, Al Haddad Motors will offer an alternative voucher valued at BHD 1,000, redeemable toward the purchase of Bestune or Foton vehicles.
8. The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
