How to use?

1. Download the Mastercard Travel Pass app

2. Register your stc pay Mastercard card securely.

3. Use the app to locate lounges near you.

4. Confirm complimentary visits eligibility.*

5. Present the app QR code to the lounge receptionist.

6. Enjoy your lounge access.

Each cardholder should show their individual QR code to avoid guest charges

Terms & conditions

First Access Granted Automatically
Metal and Elite cardholders are granted their first lounge access with no conditions (100% approval). After the first lounge access each cardholder is entitled to 20 lounge access visits per calendar year.
This applies to both the main cardholder and all complementary/family cards.

Spend to Unlock Future Access
To unlock lounge access for the next 90 days, the customer must make at least one international transaction of $1 or more.
Each qualifying international spend resets the 90-day access window.

Advance Spending Requirement
Eligible spend must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the intended lounge access.

Spend Requirement Per Card
Eligibility is assessed per card.
Each cardholder—main or complementary/family—must meet the minimum spend requirement individually to unlock access.

Mastercard Travel Pass Enrollment
Each cardholder must register separately on Mastercard Travel Pass.
Every card is treated as an independent membership.
