The stc pay card is a personal prepaid card which you can apply for through stc pay app. You can use the card to shop online, pay in stores, withdraw money from any ATM. The card is accepted globally.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days.

Go to Cards > Card Settings > Freeze Card — you can unfreeze anytime.

Card delivery usually takes up to 3 working days through our delivery partner. You’ll be contacted to confirm your address.

1. Login to stc pay app
2. Tap on “Cards” in the home screen
3. Tap on “Card Settings”
4. Click on “Report lost/stolen card” and follow the instructions
5. Once reported, re-apply for a new physical card from the Card section in the app. Please note a card replacement fee will apply

Yes, you can withdraw cash from all supported bank ATMs.
