Opening your business account
How to register and activate your stc pay Business account in under 5 minutes.
The corporate registration process is fully digital. You can complete the entire journey from your desktop or mobile browser in approximately 5 to 7 minutes, provided you have your Commercial Registration (CR) number, your authorised signatory details, and an active Bahraini mobile number ready.
1. Enter your CR number
Go to business.stcpay.com.bh and click Register Now. Enter your active CR number. The system retrieves your company details directly from the Sijilat registry.
2. Verify your company details
Review the company information displayed — name, branch, and registered partners. Select the correct branch if your CR has multiple branches, then click Continue
3. Verify your mobile number and email
Scan your CPR card and complete the identity verification steps. This takes about 2 minutes.
4. Review and add authorised signatories
Confirm all company information. If your company has more than one authorised signatory, click + add another signatory. Each signatory receives an independent SMS link to complete e-KYC.
5. Create your admin account
Set the email address, password, mobile number, and full name for the portal administrator. Passwords must be 14–20 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
6. Select products and accept terms
Choose the products to activate: Corporate Card, WPS, Bill Payment, or International Transfers. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and the stc pay Master Service Agreement.
7. Complete e-KYC
Each authorised signatory receives an SMS link to verify their identity using their original CPR ID. The account is reviewed and activated within 24 to 48 hours.
What happens next: Your administrator will receive a confirmation email with login credentials once the account is approved. Keep an eye on the registered admin inbox over the next 24 to 48 business hours.
