Resetting your password

If you want to change your password, you can do it from your account settings.

1. Click the profile icon

Click the icon in the top-right corner of any portal page.

2. Select User Profile

A dropdown menu appears — select User Profile to open your profile settings.

3. Go to the Change Password section

Scroll down within the User Profile page until you reach the Change Password section.

4. Enter your passwords

Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password in the fields provided.

5. Click Submit

Your password is updated immediately. Use the new password the next time you log in.

Security reminder: Never share your portal password via email or messaging apps. Store credentials in a secure password manager and update them periodically.
