Understanding the dashboard
A walkthrough of the Business Portal home screen and what each panel shows.
The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a real-time overview of your company’s finances and quick access to every module.
Accounts panel (left)
- Business Wallet — your main account balance and IBAN. Click the copy icon to copy the IBAN for Fawri/Fawri+ top-ups.
- WPS Account — your dedicated payroll wallet balance with an add-money shortcut.
- Cashback+ — cumulative cashback earned. Click “redeem to wallet” to transfer the balance to your main wallet.
Card Details panel (right)
- A summary of all issued corporate cards showing masked card number, cardholder name, expiry date, and balance.
- Click any card to open its full Card Details page.
- Click “+ add new card” to issue an additional card immediately.
International Transfers panel
- Your saved corridors with live FX rates and a quick-send button for each.
Pending Approvals panel
Any transfers, card requests, or disbursements awaiting authorisation. Click any item to review and approve or reject.
