The exact documents required depend on your company type. Having them ready before you start ensures you can complete the journey in one sitting.
For WLL companies
- Bank account statement
- VAT certificate
- Memorandum of Association
- CPR copies for all partners holding more than 20% shareholding
For Individual Establishments and Sole Proprietorships
- Bank account statement
- VAT certificate (if available)
- Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR)
