There are two types of OTP contacts \u2014 one at the portal (account) level and one at the individual card level. These are managed differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; white-space: normal; caret-color: rgb(13, 27, 18); color: rgb(13, 27, 18); font-family: &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 700;\">Portal-level OTP (login and account verification)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your portal login OTP is tied to the mobile number and email registered during account activation.&nbsp;<strong>These cannot be changed directly in the portal.<\/strong>&nbsp;To update your registered mobile number or email address, please contact your stc pay account manager or reach out to our Business Support team at&nbsp;<strong>business@stcpay.com.bh<\/strong>. Our team will verify your identity and process the update on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Go to Cards Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the left-hand menu, select&nbsp;<strong>Cards \u2192 Cards Settings<\/strong>&nbsp;and click&nbsp;<strong>View Details<\/strong>&nbsp;on the relevant card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Click Edit OTP Mobile and Email<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This option is in the Quick Card Control Actions section on the Card Details page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Enter and confirm the new details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Update the mobile number or email for that card. OTP codes for that card&#8217;s transactions will be sent to the new contact going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#fcb90024\"><strong>Need to update your portal login contacts?:<\/strong>&nbsp;Contact your stc pay account manager or email business@stcpay.com.bh.
